Have you been looking for a way to get in better shape while having fun? Look no further than our Spring 12 week Kick Boxing Boot Camp at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Nipomo. This hybrid fitness class incorporates boot camp type interval training, bag work, shadow boxing, technical instruction, and various movement drills. Have fun, get fit, and change your life through Kickboxing.

This 12-week program includes:

  • Fitness Evaluation
  • Access to both morning and evening sessions
  • Instruction from Christina Riddering
  • 12 weeks of training

Classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm.

From the start date on January 14, 2020, through April 3, 2020, you have 12 weeks of first-class instruction from our lead instructor Christina Riddering. Christina loves kickboxing and believes it is a great way to stay in shape and have fun.

Christina Riddering started her Martial Arts journey in Keichu-Do at the age of 9. By the age of 12, Christina became Victor Marx’s first female black belt. This was just the start of her Martial Arts career. While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, Christina started competitively fighting in kickboxing and Muay Thai. Competing took Christina to many different parts of the world, giving her unique experiences, skills, and a deeper love for training and learning new techniques.

Christina has competed in boxing, mixed martial arts and even Crossfit. Christina competed and won Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge. Christina concluded her fighting career with a total career record of 17-2-1. Christina transitioned into teaching and has over 15 years of teaching martial arts to kids and adults.
