Carolanne Satlawa

Carolanne began her training journey in 2021 and quickly immersed herself in the Women Empowered Self-Defense Program, where she earned her Pink Belt and became a certified instructor through Gracie University. She continues to expand her skills in the Gracie Combatives program and assists in the Gracie Bullyproof classes, sharing her passion for Jiu-Jitsu with her friends and family.

Outside of Jiu-Jitsu, Carolanne is a dedicated third-grade teacher at a local elementary school and holds a Master’s degree in education.
