Lacey Alexander

Lacey began her Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2018 and has since become a certified Women Empowered instructor through Gracie University. She has earned her Gracie Combatives belt and blue belt, and she continues to expand her skills through the Master Cycle Program.

Lacey is passionate about helping others build confidence and grow through Jiu-Jitsu. She creates a welcoming environment for all students and is dedicated to sharing the art of self-defense and personal development.
