Come and get in better shape with Christina's Kickboxing Boot Camp! Christina is a former MMA and Muay Thai pro-fighter. This 10-week program will start Oct 10th and will run till Dec 8th. This class will include a fitness evaluation, boxing gloves, and hand wraps. Get in the best shape through this hybrid fitness class which incorporate Boot Camp type interval training, bag work, shadow boxing, and various movement drills to help get you into the best shape you can be in.
